Blogger.com / Blogspot.com Banned In Turkey

Silly isn't it?

On Friday, we were not able to access our blogs hosted at blogspot.com and suddenly, on Friday night, a message popped up on the blogspot pages: "Access to this web site has been suspended in accordance with decision no: 2008/2761 of T.R. Diyarbakır 1st Criminal Court of Peace.", without stating any reason.

After googling stuff, finally we were able to learn the reason - Digiturk, a Turkish digital TV platform. It seems that they are irritated by illegal streams and accused blogger of those! How silly! You can read more on this [link] .

Come on Turkish Bloggers, Dark Age is now back! Lets burn our writings!

What I decide is, I will not ever subscribe to Digiturk broadcasts, a technology company making all blogger banned because of just one or two blogs which embed streaming broadcasts!

Turkey surely needs a detailed internet law.

I will still continue blogging, though.

öyleydi, ben de çok şaşırdım. hikayeler çalınınca çok moralim bozuldu açıkçası, eskiden sayfalarca yazıyordum her gün, tadım tuzum kaçtı. bilmiyorum eskisi gibi paylaşır mıyım hikayeleri açıkçası..
